Koos Jansen: Shanghai Gold Exchange appears to report monthly withdrawals

Gold researcher and GATA consultant Koos Jansen reports today that the Shanghai Gold Exchange, which recently discontinued publishing weekly gold withdrawal totals, appears to have resumed reporting monthly withdrawals.
