Bron Suchecki: Silver manipulation can be unethical but legal

Suchecki draws two conclusions from the Chilton controversy:

1) What is legal does not necessarily equal what is ethical.

2) Market manipulation (short-term and tactical) is not the same as price suppression (long-term and ongoing).

While there are plenty of lawsuits and findings of market manipulation, Suchecki thinks it's unlikely that there will be a case involving only price suppression any time soon.
