Grandich interviewed on ROB-TV and then at PDAC in Toronto

Section: Daily Dispatches

9:40p ET Monday, March 5, 2007

Dear Friend of GATA and Gold:

Canada's ROB-TV today gave our friend Peter Grandich of The Grandich Letter an hour on the "Market Call" program, hosted by Michael Hainsworth while Jim O'Connell is on medical leave. While most of the interview dealt with particular mining companies, Grandich took note of the controversy over whether gold exchange-traded funds hold all the gold they are believed to have.

Grandich paid tribute to O'Connell and Hainsworth announced that O'Connell is recovering from colon cancer surgery and that his prognosis is good.

For a week you can watch the interview with Grandich at the ROB-TV archive. It's in the Monday section at 12:30 p.m. here:

If you still haven't gotten enough of Grandich -- and probably only Mrs. Grandich has -- you can watch another interview with him done in the last day or two just down the street from ROB-TV at the PDAC show in Toronto by Agoracom President George Tsiolis. In this interview Grandich welcomes the recent spike down in gold as a correction necessary to the resumption of gold's bull market and gold's continuing to climb the proverbial "wall of worry."

Agoracom's interview with Grandich has been posted at YouTube in two parts, first here:
