Join GATA at the New Orleans Investment Conference in October

Dear Friend of GATA and Gold:

GATA will have a big part in this year's New Orleans Investment Conference, scheduled for Sunday-Thursday, October 21-25.

GATA Chairman Bill Murphy and your secretary/treasurer will be among the speakers, along with GATA favorites Bob Bishop of Gold Mining Stock Report, Doug Casey of the International Speculator letter, John Embry of Sprott Asset Management, Frank Holmes of U.S. Global Investors, Brien Lundin of Gold Newsletter, Peter Schiff of Euro-Pacific Capital, and global market strategist Frank Veneroso.

In addition, GATA is planning to duplicate the reception we held during last year's conference, a lovely event attended by all the members of GATA's Board of Directors. We'll report more about the reception later as the details are settled.

The New Orleans conference is expensive but it lasts five days and gives value not only with its faculty but also with the scores of exhibits by resource companies. And if you ever get bored with opportunities for profiting amid the deepening madness of international central banking, there's always New Orleans itself, which still offers spectacular sights, ambiance, dining, and camaraderie even as it continues to recover from hurricane damage. Indeed, people in New Orleans are even more hospitable now than they used to be, for they are especially grateful to everyone who visits and thereby helps them restore their city.

Registration fees for the conference are discounted for those who register early, so you may want to look into it now. You can learn all about it here:

We hope to see many of you at this wonderful conference.

CHRIS POWELL, Secretary/Treasurer
Gold Anti-Trust Action Committee Inc.
