Ted Butler: Doin' the right thing

Silver market analyst Ted Butler reports that Barclays has heeded requests to publish the serial numbers and weights of the silver bars held by its exchange-traded fund, which trades under the symbol SLV on the American Stock Exchange. Butler also reports that the speculative long and commercial short positions in gold and silver have reached extreme levels. The longs, Butler writes, are sitting on big profits while the shorts are hurting, but he will not pronounce the silver price managers dead until they have wooden stakes through their hearts.
