Ted Butler: Another sick new record

Silver market analyst Ted Butler reports tonight that the concentration of the short position in silver on the New York commodities exchange has reached a new high and that the commercial short position did not fall at all despite the recent $2 decline in silver. As a result, believing that the shorts cannot get any shorter, Butler expects silver to have a big rally soon.
