Ted Butler disputes and criticizes CFTC silver market study

Silver market analyst Ted Butler has answered the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission's recent report denying manipulation of the silver market. Butler explains again the increasing concentration of the short position, notes that the commission's researchers never interviewed anyone complaining of the manipulation, and urges the commission's inspector general to investigate.
