Ted Butler: Bubble mania?

Silver market analyst Ted Butler writes that after 35 years in the commodities business he's not sure whether crude oil is in an investment bubble, as government officials are starting to claim. But, he adds, silver has all the prerequisites of a bubble and well might be the next one.
