Goodman, a lawyer in Fort Collins, Colorado, who has a background in investment law, has written an open letter to Commissioner Bart Chilton of the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission, specifying how the commission's recent investigation of the silver market was mistaken and how the Comex/Nymex silver futures market is a giant manipulation and fraud that violates commodity trading law.
