Ted Butler: CFTC acts against concentrated positions

Silver market analyst Ted Butler reports that the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission has just revoked some exemptions to position limits in wheat, corn, and soybean futures, thereby guarding against concentrated positions in those commodities. Butler sees this as hopeful for action against the concentrated positions in the silver futures market.
