GATA plans reception Jan. 18 at end of Vancouver conference

GATA will hold a public reception at the conclusion of the Vancouver Resource Investment Conference, from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday, January 18, in the rooftop lounge of one of the two conference hotels, the Fairmont Vancouver at 900 West Georgia St. There will be free snacks and a cash bar.

The conference itself will be held Sunday and Monday, January 17 and 18, at both the Fairmont Vancouver and the Hyatt Regency Vancouver hotel around the corner at 655 Burrard St. and its speakers will include many GATA favorites, including Thom Calandra of the Ticker Trax letter, Sprott Asset Management Chief Investment Strategist John Embry, Frank Holmes of U.S. Global Investors, Al Korelin of the Korelin Economics Report, Jay Taylor of J. Taylor's Gold and Technology Stocks letter, John Lee of Mau Capital, and Peter Spina of GoldSeek.com and SilverSeek.com. Also speaking will be GATA Chairman Bill Murphy; GATA board member Ed Steer, whose daily gold and silver market commentary is distributed by Casey Research; and your secretary/treasurer.
