Morgan not aggressively adding to shorts, Butler tells King World News

In his weekly interview with Eric King of King World News, silver market analyst Ted Butler reports that the commitment of traders in the gold and silver futures markets looks neutral but the big short, JPMorgan Chase, does not seem to be adding aggressively to its short position, so he's encouraged.
