CFTC staff, chairman met Butler on day before hearing

In his weekly interview with Eric King of King World News, silver market analyst Ted Butler reports that he met with staff members of the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission and Chairman Gary Gensler himself in Washington on the day before the commission's hearing on futures and options trading in the metals markets. Butler also reports improvement in the commitment of traders reports for gold and silver, with the commercial short positions declining somewhat.
