Dear Friend of GATA and Gold:
Your secretary/treasurer has been scheduled to appear for a live interview about gold some time between 10 and 10:30 a.m. Eastern time Tuesday on the "America's Newsroom" program on the Fox News Channel. The interview was prompted by the story in Saturday's London Times that cited GATA (http://www.timesonline.co.uk/tol/news/world/us_and_americas/article59892... [1]). That story also prompted an invitation to your secretary/treasurer to be interviewed Saturday afternoon (Eastern time) on BBC Radio 4 but with about an hour to go he was bumped in favor of an interview with a somewhat better-known figure in the financial world, investment fund manager George Soros.
GATA hopes to have the Fox News Channel interview videotaped and posted at YouTube -- maybe right next to the first (and last) season of "My Mother, The Car."
