Silver market analyst Ted Butler writes that while it's nice for the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission to be investigating possible manipulation of the silver market, the commission doesn't really need to investigate as much as simply explain how its most recent market data, which shows one or two banks selling 20 percent of world mine production in just one month, is not a manipulation.
