Ted Butler: The key test ahead in silver

Silver market analyst Ted Butler writes today that the London Bullion Market Association's report this week on gold and silver bullion held in London-area vaults indicates that silver supplies are substantially lower than had been assumed. Butler adds that he is losing confidence in the new enforcement director of the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission, James McDonald, as JPMorganChase continues its domination of the silver market.
