Craig Hemke at Sprott Money: Surging Comex silver deliveries

Craig Hemke of the TF Metals Report, writing for Sprott Money, notes today that deliveries for the May silver futures contract on the New York Commodities Exchange are running higher than they have done in 11 years, possibly signifying strong demand for the monetary metal. But Hemke cautions that Comex data often signifies little more than bullion banks buying and selling contracts to each other.
