Futures market watchdog evades silver manipulation specifics

Rob Mackinlay of InvestEgate in London has interviewed Tom LaSala, the head of futures market surveillance for CME Group, which runs the Chicago Mercantile Exchange, about complaints pressed by silver market analyst Ted Butler that the market is manipulated, and reports that while LaSala denies Butler's complaints he refuses to reply to Butler's specifics.
